123cm Mulloway - Hooked @ 10min 57sec

Fished with Alex D. at OLD 26.

Hooked Mulloway around 5:15am on Live Garfish dropped near beacon toward from of boat. Mulloway smashed the Garfish as soon as it was lowered down.

Fish did not fight very hard on 199-6 with 10kg Pre-Test.
Fish had mono coming out of its bum.

Fish was 123cm and we released it.

Also caught 2 rugger Snapper, 1 on Live Garfish and other on Soft Plastic on sunrise.

Hamish and Declan fished beacon across channel in front of Sub Base without any luck.

Billy 130cm Mulloway

Fished on my boat with Alex D. from work.

We launched boat at 3:30am and dabbed some Garfish by Quarantine Jetty. 

Only very small Salmon Trout at L Jetty.

Live Bait was taken at OLD 26 at 5:30am.

Live got tangled around boat motor and pole but managed to undo mess and land fish.

Fish measure 130cm.

Tackle: Sabre 270 and Penn Spinfisher 6500 SSV with 15kg Momoi Pre Test.

Billy 121cm Mulloway

Went out with Alex D. from work in his boat.

Hooked Mulloway at 5:15am.

Tide on its way out, glass calm, light easterly breeze.

We dabbed a couple Gar at the Quarantine Jetty then tie to OLD 26 just after a ship and tug boat went past.

1 minute after dropping down a live Gar the rod took off.

Fish was 121cm and was released.

  123cm Kingfish caught on Live Squid downrigging.

Bust off on the wall - hooks pulled.
  Popper bust off near pole.

I was on a solo trip, stayed from 7th - 8th Nov.
Shaun was up there with a mate in his boat. They counted 31 hook ups on the Saturday alone.
I lost plenty of fish on the wall, they were hard up under it, needed to float down squid baits.
I also lost fish to the pole both downrigged and on popper.
The fish boiled up at the pole first thing in the morning.

 93cm Snapper caught on soft plastic.

Fished with George and Billie in their Striper.

Caught most around Panini.

We fished Between Panini and Barges.

We would sound the fish and drop baits and lures.

Most fish 90 - 95cm.

3 days before Full moon.
